ORDERS #17166, #17181, #17193, #18000, and #18002 Jonathon Hickman signed USM Update Needed

Hello, it's almost been a year since i placed orders for the Jonathon Hickman signed Ultimate Spider-Man books (ORDERS #17166, #17181, #17193, #18000, and #18002), so i am hoping on getting an update on the progress for these orders. If I don't hear an update about my orders soon, I will have no choice but to demand a refund.
