Package heavily damaged and 3 emails sent but no response

My entire order came in the worst packaging I have ever seen for a comic book company. All of the books in order #359106 were heavily damaged. This was an over $170 order and I am worried that I am not getting a response to pass the refund timing. This is absolutely a terrible business practice.
