(4) Unfilled Oders ranging from 8- 12 months old!

I have (4) orders that have not yet been filled. Order #318547 (08/23/23); #319910 (0904/23); #332334 (12/31/23); #336229 (01/27/24). When can I expect an update on these orders? Will I get a refund, expect shipment, or are you just not going to honor them?

  I also have an order from a year ago that hasn't been filled… and they make it extremely difficult to contact them…

  I have an order#316928, since August 2023. II still haven't received one of my books and no updates. No information or  updates. Not good customers services..

  I am waiting on an order #317949 from August 17, 2023. no updates no return emails, no customer service.
