Orders 8144 waiting since Aug 2022 - I hate this company
I have waited and waited, and still nothing..you guys have to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
Fair warning to everyone, stay away do not buy anything from here.

That beats my 2 preorder slabs from 2023 that were supposed to ship in Feb of 2024, and it's now July 2024.
Won't be buying anything from the Unknown website again.

I tried BBB, but they said that their return policy explains their return policy. Who the hell thinks that a company would be such crooks.

At least with my case, the return policy doesn't make sense: I placed the order for preorder books that were already past the viable return date when they were released.
If the return policy goes into effect when the books were supposed to have shipped, even that has passed now. They can't just not send the books, not offer a return or a refund. That's theft and they'll be hearing from my lawyer if I don't get a response in the next week or so.

Nathan, were you ever able to get them to either return your money or to send you your slabs? I do not have a lawyer myself but am interested in hearing if having one helped you resolve your issue.

Nothing yet, but I did get an email from Meridith a few weeks back that ‘they’re working on it’ and Tabi on whatnot mentioned the retail team was getting through them last week, so I’m not giving up quite yet

I have a lawyer friend, not sure if this is in his spectrum, but I can ask..is there anything anyone else can recommend..I am willing to get involved.
This should never be permitted, I still have not received anything.
