Has Unknown abandoned this platform?
In the past when I would check in on an order (and I would try to not be annoying about it; like if I've been told to expect an order around a certain time I wouldn't check in on the order again until that time had passed) I would at least get a reply from Meridith. But my last four requests on this platform (over a month ago and then a followup two weeks later; then two separate followups as I noticed street dates had been added to my orders and we are months past them) have gone unanswered. I have never had requests simply not acknowledged here, which is concerning. I am just trying to figure out the status of two orders than have street dates of February and December. Per the FAQ on this website, items from a sale ship 4 to 6 weeks after the street date, so it's an issue when an item has not shipped in that timeframe.
Has anyone had success getting through to Unknown on another platform lately? Their Instagram says they do not respond to DMs. Their Twitter account does not have messaging enabled. I don't use Facebook or Whatnot. I have not received a reply from the email on their linktree (orders@unknowncomicbooks.com). If anyone has managed to get a reply from Unknown customer service in the past month or so, please post how you did it here.
