Orders were canceled, not by request

Submitted an inquiry to customer service as to why my orders weren't being fulfilled and that I was going to submit a fraudulent charge to my bank if they weren't. Customer service cancelled and refunded my orders. Do this site even have comics to sell or is it all just a load of crap?
