Graded CGC book not what I was told I was paying for.

Bought a book via a Live Show (eBay) from a convention with Chris? (CH). During the show w/ Chris Clermont it was mentioned that they would be doing a signing with David Nakayama the next day. Double signatures were an option if we wanted to. Having the books submitted to CGC was also an option. 

Once this information was shared, I bid on a book specifically for the double signature and to have it graded. I made sure to state this multiple times in the Live Stream. Even getting a verbal confirmation. To make it clear, when the others in the show knew a double sig was an option, it seemed like the prices were increasing significantly, so I feel like im not the only one who was mislead, and I overpayed for something that was not delivered on…

I had a separate email exchange regarding the grading payment, in this email I made sure to include both Chris C and David N. as expected signatures. 

After processing through CGC and the book finally arriving in my mailbox I was disappointed to have only one signature. I feel like I was robbed. Not only considering I paid with the expectation if this being done, but also the uniqueness of what this was to be in my collection. 

I did attempt to reach UnknownComics via eBay regarding the item not matching what I was expecting. I was hoping they could at least partially refind me for their mistake, but they did not respond. Today Im attempting to follow up but eBay will not message them regarding that item now. 

I really miss when Kait did Live shows. At least if we had issues/questions, if we brought them to her we would get answers quickly.
