Mistake on order from December still being ignored

I ordered 3 mystery boxes with virgin and trade dress books in June.  It finally arrived in December, but 2 of the boxes were weekly book overstocks.  It has been 1 month and nothing has been done.  In fact, my emails have been ignored for 2 weeks.  

This is pathetic!  If you make a mistake, you should not wait 1 month (and counting) before fixing it.  Obviously, they do not have a phone number on their site since they don't want to be bothered by customers when they still haven't mailed Black Friday boxes
