I see a pattern among other posters in that it takes entirely too long for orders to be fulfilled by this company, especially considering that preorders are basically impossible to cancel due to the terrible conditions we aren't aware of until after the order is placed and the one in a million chance that customer support (seemingly one person with a landline and dial-up connection) actually responds to one of the two dozen e-mails that are sent after the fact. This was a harsh lesson learned by me to never order from Unknown ever again.

  If i don't recieve my order (which is a month late already) ill report this site & start legal action!!! They know not who they mess with!!😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
