We appreciate your business, and because of that we would like to update you on delayed titles for this week. We typically move these delayed books from the original orders to new orders or existing orders, if a book is delayed more than 4 weeks. If the book comes out in the next 4 weeks, we put the order on hold until the new street date. Held orders will still have the same shipping label, the tracking will remain the same. When books have moved more than 6 weeks, we typically refund these and ask that you order them again closer to their new FOC date. Most distributors update their FOC list upwards of 5 weeks at most. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We'd also like to remind our customers that any products, such as bundles and cases, that contain in-stock items will be processed in approximately 4-6 weeks from the estimated release date on the product. Sales orders containing no pre-order items will also have an approximate 4-6 week processing time from the last date of the sale.
BOOK UPDATES
Due to the many delays for the month of November, our shipping time frame has a slight delay. This delay begins with the date of 10/27/2021. These delays are from the publishers and are completely out of our control. Some of these delays are major titles as listed below. We appreciate your patience and understanding once again during these difficult times in the comic book industry.
We unfortunately have a delayed date for our exclusives, SHE-HULK 1 UNKNOWN COMICS MIGUEL MERCADO EXCLUSIVE VAR (trade and virgin) and HULK 3 UNKNOWN COMICS ALAN QUAH EXCLUSIVE VAR (trade and virgin). These exclusives were damaged and we are now waiting for our print run to be reprinted and delivered. The new release date for these exclusives is now 02/23/2022.
