If you did not receive an item in your order please send us a picture of the items you did receive and the packing slip/ printed invoice for confirmation. We're looking for the signatures/initials of the employees who worked on your order for evaluation purposes. Once we have received these pictures we will let you know the next steps in order to complete your order.
