We highly recommend purchasing a Priority Shipping Label from USPS or a UPS Ground Label (even if you are offered Free Shipping because your order was over $100, if your package is below 1 lb. you should consider purchasing an insured shipping label). These options are insured from the shipping company should your package be damaged or lost.
In these difficult times there is a higher volume of people ordering online and using shipping services. We cannot speak for theses companies but we have noticed an increase in packages being damaged or lost. We are a significantly smaller company than USPS or UPS and we are not equipped to handle this high a volume of damages not related to our error. We package as securely and efficiently as possible for the number of employees and supplies we have but there is only so much we can do. We're encouraging you to purchase a shipping label with insurance to limit the number of incidents and maximize our ability to help you.
If your package was insured, please review this article and follow the instructions.
You can also review this article from USPS on how to file a Claim or this walkthrough on how to fill out the information for the claim.
Packages sent with a Priority shipping label are insured by USPS. Below is the list of evidence needed to file a claim. Additional information would be provided for your specific order when you email us regarding your damaged package.
Tracking Number: (provided in email)
Date of shipment: (provided in email)
Evidence of Insurance Purchased: Priority Mail Shipping Label (document provided in email)
Proof of Value: PayPal Invoice/Credit card billing statement or Printout of the online transaction (document provided in email)

You'll need to keep all of the packaging and items you received as well in case USPS sends you a letter asking for you to submit it as evidence.
